Account Login
Subi Platform manages our coffee subscriptions. If you have any issues, please follow the troubleshooting below.
With passwordless login, customers can access their customer portal without needing to sign into their Shopify account. To sign in, customers receive a secure four-digit code via email.

Customers can also reach the customer portal from subscription email notifications, your store's customer account page, and the Subify modal on the order confirmation page of Shopify checkout.
Login Instructions
Passwordless login simplifies the process of accessing the customer portal.
- Click on the portal link above.
- Enter the email address associated with your subscription/membership and click on Send:
- You will receive a 6-digit authentication code by email.
- Enter the 6-digit code in the modal to log in.
The 6-digit authentication code is valid for 2 minutes. If the code has not been used in 2 minutes, you need to request a new code by going through the login procedure again.
Subscription Offers and T&Cs
If you started a subscription between 1st February 2024 -6th January 2025 as part of our 40% off subscription offer, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Offer is available to new subscribers only. 40% off applies to first 3 orders, and then reverts to our regular discount (10% off). New subscribers will have a minimum of 6 months subscription before they can cancel, after which they can continue or cancel their subscription.
